What Is Life Coaching?

Coaching is being increasingly recognized by businesses and individuals. It offers both challenges and support, its aim is to help individuals overcome hurdles and meet their goals.

A Coach is there to help you focus on your development in your careers, lives and businesses. You can deepen your learning, improve your quality of life and get back control into your life. You will be supported all the way until you succeed in your quest, you alone can make the difference, and the Coach is there to guide you into the right path.

As your Life Coach I provide support, guidance, with a very friendly approach. I work face to face or via the telephone on present and future achievements rather than failed experiences, the way is to go forward.

Life coaching is a practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals. A trained coach will use a variety of methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching goals.

Coaching is not targeted at psychological illness, and coaches are not therapist (although therapists may be coaches). It is not counselling, influencing, telling or a therapy, guidance and goals are the words to retain.
